When it’s hot, you’ll also enjoy adding it to a bowl of cold water for a refreshing anti-sweat foot bath, or, diluted again, as a lotion to rub your feet gently.

9 – Don’t forget your dog’s well-being

How to Make Your Lavender Beauty Vinegar?
To prepare this recipe(2), it all starts with a harvest, if possible in the morning, before the bees make the task more difficult…
- Place two large handfuls of lavender flowers at the bottom of a large glass jar.
- Completely cover with organic apple cider vinegar, and let rest in a warm place, preferably in the sun for three weeks.
- Strain and the mixture is ready to use.
Store your lavender vinegar away from light.
This isn’t strictly necessary, but you can, if you wish, supplement with a few drops of lavender essential oil.

Good to know: if fresh lavender isn’t available, you can use dried lavender, which you can find for example at your herbalist, to make this preparation.
